The story of Kumkumadi

Kumkumadi Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic preparation for the skin, prepared here as described in the Ashtanga Hridayam (Uttarasthana) by the traditional Sneha Kalpana method. Kashmiri saffron (kumkuma) has been prized in Ayurveda for centuries for skin radiance, alongside sacred lotus, Indian madder, vetiver and licorice root. These are traditional Ayurvedic uses, not clinical claims.

How to use

1. Cleanse your face and leave the skin slightly damp.
2. Take 4 to 5 drops into your palm.
3. Breathe deeply and massage gently onto your face for about 2 minutes.
4. Let it absorb. Use every night.

Patch test first: apply a little on the inner wrist and wait 24 hours. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For external use only.
