These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Viviera website and online store (the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order.

2. Your information

Please give us accurate, complete and current information when you order or contact us, so we can fulfil your order and reach you.

3. Products and product information

We aim to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, directions and allergen information. Please read the product page and the label before use, follow the directions, and do a patch test as instructed. Product images are for illustration, and colours or packaging may vary slightly.

Statements about Ayurveda describe traditional use. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and our products are not intended to cure, prevent or treat any disease. Individual results vary. Please consult a qualified health professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have known allergies.

4. Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed. If we do, we'll offer you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

6. Payment

You can pay online at checkout using the payment methods shown. Cash on Delivery is available only for delivery addresses in Bangalore. Online payments are processed by our payment providers, who handle your payment details under their own terms.

7. Order acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address or payment can't be verified, or we suspect misuse. We'll refund anything you've paid for a cancelled order.

8. Cancellations, shipping and returns

These are covered in our Order Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched, we deliver across India, and we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

9. Intellectual property

The Viviera name, logo, text, images, product descriptions and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing a product page. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Using the website

Please don't misuse the website, attempt to interfere with it or access it unlawfully, or use it to post anything unlawful or harmful.

11. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on third parties, such as Shopify, payment providers and couriers, and may link to other sites. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

12. Errors

If we find an error on the website, such as a wrong price or description, we may correct it and will contact you if it affects an order you've placed.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viviera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
