Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Viviera order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

How to cancel

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@viviera.in or on WhatsApp at +91 9035709225, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Please include your order number and the name and phone number used for the order. Because we dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 business days, the sooner you write, the better. Your cancellation is confirmed only when we reply to say so.

Before dispatch

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel it and confirm by email or WhatsApp. There is no cancellation fee.

After dispatch

Once we've handed your order to the courier, we can't cancel it. You'll receive your tracking link by email and SMS. You can refuse delivery, but refunds after dispatch follow our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. For prepaid orders refused or returned undelivered, we refund the product value after deducting forward and return shipping charges.

After delivery

After delivery, an order can't be cancelled. If your product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please see our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, we refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to show it in your account.

For Cash on Delivery orders (Bangalore only), nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund when you cancel before dispatch.

When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery pin code is not serviceable, or we can't verify the address or payment. We'll tell you and issue a full refund of anything you've paid.
