  • Order information: the products you order, order status, delivery details, and messages you send us.
  • Payment information: your payment method, transaction status and confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Account information: your login details and preferences, if you create an account.
  • Website and device information: your browser, device, IP address, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use it to process and deliver your orders, take payments, respond to your questions, send order and shipping updates, run and improve the website, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements.

3. WhatsApp and other messages

We use WhatsApp, SMS and email for order-related messages, such as confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates. We do not send WhatsApp marketing messages. If we send promotional emails or SMS, we will do so only with your consent and include a way to unsubscribe.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the store, with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our website and checkout,
  • payment providers,
  • courier and shipping partners,
  • messaging and email providers, and
  • analytics providers, where we use them.

Some of these providers may process information outside India. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others. We do not sell your personal information.
